Creativity & Innovation is mandatory in today's competitive environments, whether in business, in employment or simply looking for a way of making life more meaningful and fruitful. Creativity means being original, using one's imagination to create something unique and original. It means taking a mental effort to move away from doing the same things in the same old way. It means actively and positive looking for new enhanced solutions.  Such 'Creativity' needs a significant level of brain input. Why innovation? Innovators see things that others don't. Now it may seem obvious and not difficult to imitate, but the truth of the matter is that it is more difficult to truly innovate without having first developed a higher level of cognition. Cognition is the way we think or our thoughts and as people mature in their thinking, they realize that they can offer much more of themselves to whatever they are doing.   The famous Steve Jobs said, "Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower."
